What you get when you order ADT in Short North

Home Security Systems Columbus is the local order line. SafeStreets designs and installs. ADT monitors 24/7. In Short North that usually means:

• Sensors on doors and windows, including the garage and any extra unit if you have one.
• A doorbell camera if packages sit on the porch.
• Optional smoke, carbon monoxide, and water sensors.
• AEP Ohio delivers power on most Columbus-area lots. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if the lights or Wi-Fi drop.
• The ADT app so you can arm and disarm from your phone.

We start with the doors and windows on your Short North house, then add cameras if you want them.

If this address is inside the City of Columbus, Chapter 597 still sits on the books, but the License Section has suspended the Alarm User and False Alarm programs as of June 1, 2024 until new legislation is enacted. ADT monitoring is separate from that paperwork.

If you are buying a house that already has a keypad, photograph it before you pull it off the wall. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over.
